Responsibilities will include: Day-to-day management of projects Supervision of project teams' execution of project requirements Plan reading, comprehension, and take-off Managing change orders and claims Management of project schedules Cost control Problem-solving abilities and a get-it-done attitude Compiling information and documentation of project contractual requirements Ability to meet fast-paced and dynamic schedules and deadlines Preparing reports Technical knowledge and ability to communicate technical concepts to others Travel may be required

Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage projects under fast-paced deadlines Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other office software programs utilized for project oversight
