Superintendent Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent B.S. in a Construction related degree is preferred, but other applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations with a proven history of upholding those policies and procedures Ability to supervise Field Employees and Subcontractors on a project Extensive knowledge in construction processes that aid in completing projects on time and within budget Proven experience with industrial, k-12, or municipal project exeperience Benefits: Competitive compensation which aligns with a person's experience Positive and Organized work culture Comprehensive Health Coverage 401k vehicle allowance
