*Superintendent Responsibilities:*

* Interpret plans and specifications * Schedule subcontractors and material deliveries * Maintain project schedule and safety program * Meet or exceed client expectations

*Superintendent requirements:*

* Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven * Experience with restaurant or light commercial work required * Ability to perform building layouts and supervise site work * Ability to understand construction drawings and specifications * Experience with scheduling of subcontractors and suppliers * Self-motivated and willing to travel * Able to identify project impacting critical issues and challenges * Effective in written and verbal communication skills.
