Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day on-site operations for commercial construction projects (ground-up and interiors) Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure quality and timeliness Interpret and enforce project drawings, specs, codes, and safety standards Serve as the main on-site point of contact for project stakeholders and trades Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce job site cleanliness and compliance Develop punch lists, manage corrective work, and maintain a high-quality finish Proactively manage risks and adapt to project challenges with a solution-oriented mindset Report progress, issues, and resource needs to project management and clients Arrive early to set the tone for productivity, collaboration, and team morale Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction experience; 2+ years in a superintendent role preferred Strong knowledge of site work, steel erection, wood framing, CMU, tilt-up, and commercial TIs Familiar with Procore, MS Project, Office 365, and construction documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders) OSHA 30 and Procore certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Valid driver's license required What We Value Family-Focused Culture - We believe your personal life matters.
