Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations at construction sites to ensure timelines, safety, and quality are met- Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and laborers; ensure productivity and resolve conflicts- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to manage schedules and expectations- Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to lead and direct construction activities- Maintain accurate project records including daily reports, inspections, and progress photos- Ensure jobsite safety protocols are strictly followed, including regular toolbox talks- Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding job progress, changes, or concerns- Monitor deliveries, materials, and equipment to prevent delays and ensure readiness- Conduct jobsite meetings and manage inspections with governing authorities- Travel to out-of-town job sites as required, with per diem provided

Qualifications- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial, industrial, or public sector construction- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, site safety, and quality control- Excellent leadership and field management skills- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents- Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools- OSHA certifications, lift certifications, and fall protection training strongly preferred- Valid driver's license required

Preferred Qualifications- Demonstrated experience working as a Superintendent on a variety of Commercial projects.- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management and scheduling platforms- Formal training or education in Construction Management or related field

Work Schedule- Full-Time - Monday to Friday- Occasional weekend or evening hours depending on project demands
