This is a Teamsters Local 346 Union position. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining assigned tractor-trailer equipment. Work closely with your road construction crew to ensure timely delivery of product from a mobile asphalt plant.

This is a seasonal position that generally requires travel through Northern Minnesota and North Dakota with other work locations as assigned. Use your winters off to travel, fish, hunt, or just enjoy your time while your benefits continue year-round. Lodging assistance (generally in the form of a Per Diem) is provided.

Minimum Qualifications:

A successful Commercial Driver for Knife River Materials will have: A valid Commercial Driver's License Class A with acceptable driving record A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent critical thinking skills Ability to pass and maintain a Department of Transportation physical Ability to pass a Department of Transportation drug/alcohol screen and remain substance free

Compensation

Estimated Wage: $27.65 to $32.00 Per Hour-depending on work location and type of truck operated
