Systems & Skills We’re Looking For: Rooftop Package Units, Split Systems (DX & Conventional) Water Source Heat Pumps, Mechanical Yards VRF/VRV Heat Recovery Systems Chilled Water & Heating Hot Water (4-pipe systems) VAVs and Hydronic Heating Systems All types of piping (condensate, chilled water, hot water, refrigeration, etc.) Ductwork (crimped, S&D, TDC, PVS-coated, stainless steel) Ventilation & Exhaust Systems (OA, 100% OA, chemical, lab, general) Air balancing experience is a huge plus Sheet metal fabrication skills are a bonus! Commercial-Only Projects (Office TI, Medical, Labs, Warehouses, etc.) Compensation: $25 - $60 hourly Responsibilities: What You'll Bring: 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (10+ ) VRF/VRV certification from at least one manufacturer Proven troubleshooting skills across commercial systems A valid driver’s license Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and with a team Proficiency using mobile apps and writing clear service notes Qualifications: HVAC schooling or certification is helpful but not required A minimum of 7 years of experience in the HVAC  industry and a valid driver's license Ability to work independently or as part of a team HVAC: 7 years (Required) About Company We are a leading commercial HVAC company based in the heart of San Diego (Kearny Mesa).
