Daily Responsibilities: Finish concrete surfaces using hand or power tools Apply curing compounds to prevent concrete from drying out too quickly Monitor the effects of weather conditions on the curing process Repair, resurface, and replace damaged concrete Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Required Skills: Experience in general construction Knowledge of paving, grouting, and pile driving Experience in civil construction and reinforced concrete Ability to work with structural steel framework Experience in industrial, highway, and bridge construction Nice to Have Skills: Experience in hardscapes and concrete design Knowledge of RISA and structural design software Experience with construction drawings and pipelaying Experience as a backhoe operator Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $30,000.00 Maximum Salary: $60,000.00 Health Insurance and 401(k) benefits About Gary Blair Concrete Inc: At Gary Blair Concrete Inc, we have a long history of providing high-quality concrete services to our clients.
