Job Description

Supervise crews doing formwork, rebar, and pours. Read blueprints and ensure accurate layout and placement. Plan daily tasks and coordinate with the project team. Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean jobsite. Assist hands-on with concrete work when needed.

The Successful Applicant

Experienced foreman with proven work on multifamily concrete projects. Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate crews effectively. Hands-on approach, willing to assist with physical tasks when needed. Detail-oriented with ability to read plans and ensure quality. Safety-focused and committed to maintaining a secure jobsite.
