Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a motivated Construction Accountant for a new opportunity with our client in the Burlington area. The Construction Accountant will be responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, cash management, and tax compliance. Pay range: Open for Negotiations per experience

Shift: Mon-Friday 8-5 Essential Duties

Monthly financial reporting and forecasting Monthly review of balance sheet account reconciliations Monthly Work- In-Process (WIP) schedule for correct revenue recognition Monthly financial analysis, including charts and graphs to support Operations. Approval of monthly billing Approval of cash requirements for paying vendors (accounts payable) Providing CPA firm and bank with information needed for loans, taxes, etc. Other duties may be assigned as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance 2-5 years of hands-on accounting experience, specifically in the construction industry and job cost accounting Experience Power BI a plus CPA certification preferred but not required
