Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:-
Accurately enter and maintain data related to construction projects.-
Prepare, track, and organize essential project documentation, including purchase orders, submittals, RFIs, and subcontract agreements.-
Coordinate communication between project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.-
Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.-
Prepare weekly project update reports for clients.-
Support Assistant Project Managers (APMs) and Project Managers (PMs) with day-to-day administrative tasks.-
Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:-
High school diploma or GED required.-
Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.-
Basic understanding of construction documents or processes is a plus but not required.-
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.-
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).-
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
