Our client, a leading pharmaceutical construction/design and engineering company, is seeking a Construction Administrator to support the final stages of a critical lab construction project in Athens, GA. This full-time, on-site position is a 6 month project-based contract and will play a key role in project documentation, communication, and coordination as the facility moves into commissioning and qualification phases ahead of production ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project team in a fast-paced, active construction environment, reporting to the Athens Site Lead.

  • Track and organize submittals, shop drawings, and documentation through ACC and ETOP systems.

  • Take accurate meeting minutes, distribute updates, and support project communication across stakeholders.

  • Assist in the close-out process, including managing project documents, punch lists, and compliance paperwork.

  • Interface with trades and engineering teams across HVAC, hygienic piping, plumbing, and electrical scopes.

  • Maintain accurate logs and collaborate with the team to ensure QA/QC expectations and timelines are met.

  • Support a culture of discipline, reliability, and learning—willing to roll up sleeves and grow in the role.

Required Qualifications:

  • Industrial or commercial construction experience required; pharma/lab environment preferred.

  • Strong MS Office Suite skills and comfort navigating construction platforms (ACC, ETOP).

  • Demonstrated experience or familiarity with project documentation, submittals, and shop drawings.

  • Ability to understand technical scopes (HVAC, pressure piping, electrical systems).

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to take initiative with minimal supervision.

  • Comfortable working on-site full-time with daily travel to the Athens, GA construction site.

  • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
