Responsibilities: Consolidate project materials for job folders/packets, including drawings, pricing, timelines, and other required documentation. Schedule crews and jobs, track crew/technician time, and verify locations via GPS. Prepare and submit job billing with accuracy and timeliness. Build and maintain complete job files with all necessary reports and documents. Pull permits and schedule inspections for assigned projects. Submit required documentation for jobs and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Generate and maintain reports for call types, weekly meetings, and other business needs. Participate in growth-related initiatives and special projects as assigned. Ensure quality control on projects and follow up on outstanding items as necessary. Attend meetings and represent the department professionally. Requirements: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to manage and analyze data efficiently. Previous experience in construction administration or as a construction dispatcher preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy. High attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Strong interpersonal skills with discretion, good judgment, and integrity. Customer-focused mindset with a positive, “can-do” attitude. Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated with a team-oriented approach.
