We are an established family company that has been operating since 1950. We are engaged in the manufactured housing business, handling the sale and installation of homes, as well as the design, development and maintenance of manufactured housing communities. We are seeking an individual who would be comfortable working in all phases of maintenance and construction for our company.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, is mechanically inclined, and has at least a basic knowledge of plumbing, electric, construction and carpentry. Someone who has a strong back and common sense, who is willing to work with and be part of a very experienced and knowledgeable team. There will be times when the job will be physically demanding, so strength and stamina are also required.

Pay will be affected by the skills you bring to the job. You do not need to bring any tools. A clean drivers license and reliable means of transportation are required.

After an adequate probationary period, during which time you will have an opportunity to develop all the skills required, you will be expected to join our on call rotation.
