Construction Area Sales Manager

POSITION PURPOSE
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving regional revenue and sales
goals, enhancing brand awareness through various marketing activities and mentoring sales account managers and estimators. This
role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the growth and success of the company
Client Relationship Management
Identify new clients to target and build relationships with
Attendance to all key functions within the industry including representing the client and engage with our key industry
Support the Regional Team in maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships
Build new client relationships through proactive marketing, in-person sales calls, and networking.
Conduct monthly marketing activities to identify potential clients. These include industry events, Happy Hours, in person
visit and anything else that will lead to more opportunity.
Collaborate with clients in order of priority - In person, Teams/Zoom, Via phone or by email as a last resort. All
communications are to be logged through HubSpot with each client. Each note is to include detail around the conversation
and clearly outline the next step in the relationship with a Task set for follow up in HubSpot.
Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal communications
3+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing
Bachelor's degree
Computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Good writing skills and organized
Good driving record and/or insurable driving record
Be able to sit for long periods of time in front of computer.
Be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time in all seasons of weather.

Job Types: Full-time, Direct hire
Salary: $125K-Dallas - $80k-Austin
Expected hours: 40 per week.
