Construction Assistant Project Manager - Mechanical

Location: Medina or Columbus, OH

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time

Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior project managers

Support the resolution of project-related issues to ensure smooth project delivery

Handle project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks

Attend project meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field ( but not required)

1+ years of experience in project coordination or support (internships accepted)

Knowledge of project management principles; familiarity with the mechanical industry is a plus

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) is a plus
