Construction Assistant

AtWork is seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Assistant to join our client's team in Decatur, AL. The ideal candidate will support various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role involves working closely with skilled tradespeople and contributing to the successful completion of construction assignments for commercial projects. Day shift, will need reliable transportation, starting at $18/hr.

Duties:

• Must have reliable transportation will be working in Decatur and Hartselle
• Must have recent experience working in construction setting
• Support the building process by preparing materials and tools for construction activities.
• Aid in remodeling efforts by providing assistance in demolition, framing, and installation tasks.
• Work on construction sites, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Assist with construction gathering necessary measurements and materials.
• Construction painting tasks
• Other duties as assigned
