As a Construction Associate, you’ll play a key role in representing contractors, developers, and owners in a wide array of construction-related disputes and advisory matters. Responsibilities include: • Handling disputes involving contracts, delays, defects, and payment issues • Drafting and negotiating construction agreements and transactional documents • Engaging in litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, and depositions • Representing clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings • Advising on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance • Salary up to $225k depending on experience plus sign on and end of year bonuses • Full suite of benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match • Generous paid time off, CLE reimbursement, and professional development support What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of construction litigation or construction law experience • JD from an accredited law school and Texas Bar admission in good standing Ready to take the next step in your legal career with one of Texas’ top construction law firms?
