Construction Attorney

Our client is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of construction experience for its Construction Business Unit in Scottsdale, AZ.
Ideal candidates will have experience in construction claims including litigation and/or arbitration; preparation of construction industry contracts for owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals; and preparation of real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements and security documents.
Successful candidates must have excellent analytical skills and be detail-oriented, highly organized, and must possess a solid work ethic.
All candidates must have a strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school and must be currently licensed to practice law in Arizona.
