This is a well-established company, in business for over 30 years, that is poised to continue to grow. This is a temp to hire opportunity. This role will be permanent but the company prefers to hires this way because this is a new role. The ideal pay range is between $24-$28 per hour (depending on experience). Job Summary Data entry and invoice reconciliation Reconciling credit card transactions 3-way-matching invoices AIA construction billing Issuing payments twice a month Sending and accepting customer statements Following up on past due invoices and some b2b collections Qualifications 2+ years in an Accounting Clerk or Bookkeeper type role handling AP/AR duties Experience in Construction industry highly desired 100% onsite position
