About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter with commercial construction experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in formwork, framing, layout, and finish carpentry, with a focus on quality, safety, and productivity. You’ll be working on a variety of construction projects, ensuring all work is performed to spec and on time. Key Responsibilities:

Interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction plans to meet project specifications

Build, install, and repair structures and frameworks, including concrete forms, partitions, and foundations

Construct and dismantle formwork for concrete pours

Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials

Assist with layout and setup on new projects

Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and fellow tradesmen to ensure smooth workflow

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Follow OSHA and company-specific safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Carpenter in commercial or industrial construction

Strong understanding of formwork, framing, and finish carpentry

Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints

Proficient with a variety of tools and construction equipment

Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions

Strong work ethic and reliability

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus
