We're hiring a Concrete & Construction Technology Engineer for a leading manufacturer of precast and modular concrete buildings used nationwide. This position is ideal for someone with a background in construction or civil engineering who has worked closely with concrete materials and wants to shape the future of how concrete structures are designed, built, and optimized.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with construction, engineering, and production teams to improve concrete mixes, casting methods, and building performance.
- Apply hands-on experience in concrete testing, quality assurance, and performance enhancement.
- Contribute to the development of advanced concrete solutions used in specialized, modular buildings for infrastructure, telecom, and energy sectors.
- Support projects from design through production, ensuring that construction materials meet durability and performance standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Materials Science.
- 3+ years of experience with concrete materials, construction processes, or precast structural systems.
- Experience with UHPC or other innovative concrete technologies is a major plus.
- Strong understanding of concrete mix design, curing, and structural behaviors.
- Knowledge of modular or precast construction methods and structural integration on active job sites.
