We are currently seeking a Manager for our Practice in our Alexandria, VA office. In this role you will work as part of a team which provides advisory services, which includes, but is not limited not, business process improvement and training services. You will be responsible for

Growing our Construction Advisory business, with a focus on developing, expanding, and managing client relationships Identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities and promoting Exponent’s diverse service offerings in collaboration with other consultants in the Natick and Oakland offices and across the firm Participating in the Company’s Business Development initiatives Active participation in Industry Associations Project management of client engagements Executing projects and delivering final work product to clients Developing and contributing to execution of dispute resolution matters Recruiting, developing and mentoring staff in the area of Construction Advisory You will have the following skills and qualifications

Master’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Construction Management 10-15 years of experience in project/construction management or construction consulting Project site experience and good technical knowledge is desired Experience in business process improvement, training and project controls services are desired Excellent written and verbal communication skills
