Construction Contract Administrator

Selectek is looking for a Construction Contract Administrator to begin working with a great client of ours in Austell, GA immediately. This candidate will track construction progress, prepare weekly field reports, attend OAC meetings, and coordinate with contractors, clients, and company headquarters during the building process.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction inspection or management
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field, or a combination of relevant education and work experience
• Solid understanding of engineering systems and construction processes
• Detail-oriented and customer service-focused
• Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Pay Rate: $57k - $67k, Total comp with stock options/bonus will be $80k's - $90k's
