Construction Coordinator, Full Time, First Shift

- Associate's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
- 2+ years of experience in construction, facilities, or project coordination.
- Familiarity with construction documents, permitting, and building codes (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is a plus (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external contractors and consultants.
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends based on project needs.
