As a Construction Coordinator, you would be asked to assist teammates and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and email, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. Key responsibilities include: Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the team Coordinate and schedule crew and subcontractors on construction projects Perform detailed and accurate data entry Assist other departments, as needed Position requirements include: High school diploma/GED (preferred) Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Valid Drivers License Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies: This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Ability to lift 35 lbs, open filing cabinets, transport materials, bending, standing, or sitting as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
