Construction Coordinator We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to oversee and manage delivery coordination and access control on a retail construction site with eight stores under construction. This role involves scheduling deliveries, directing delivery traffic, monitoring contractor and employee parking, and coordinating with multiple contractors and sub-contractors daily.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage deliveries to the construction site.
Direct and control delivery traffic efficiently.
Monitor and oversee contractor and employee parking.
Coordinate daily activities with various contractors and sub-contractors.
Ensure smooth operation and communication across all parties involved in the construction process.
Essential Skills:
Expertise in construction and construction management.
Knowledge of safety procedures and construction documents.
Experience in project coordinating and project management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Self-starter with strong communication and people skills.
Basic computer and email skills, scheduling software experience a plus.
Previous commercial construction, forklift operation, coordination, or logistics experience preferred.
Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Military, law enforcement, or security experience preferred with a command presence.
High school diploma or GED required.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
