Construction Coordinator Direct, full-time hire career opportunity available! Location: Austell, GA (30168) Role Overview: The Construction Coordinator will track construction progress, prepare weekly field reports, attend OAC meetings, and coordinate with contractors, clients, and company headquarters during the building process. Company: is a full-service architecture and engineering design firm specializing in educational, athletic, and commercial design. We offer stock options and bonuses, bringing total compensation into the mid to upper $80s--$90s range. Key Responsibilities: Conduct weekly site visits to monitor construction progress Prepare and submit weekly field reports Attend OAC meetings Coordinate with contractors, clients, and company headquarters Review and respond to RFIs and shop drawings Approve pay requests and process change orders Coordinate with design staff and contractors to resolve field issues Conduct punch list observations and write letters of substantial completion Collect close-out documents and assist the owner with warranty items Requirements: 3-5 years of commercial construction inspection/management experience B.S. in construction management, architecture, or a combination of higher education and related work experience Fundamental understanding of engineering systems/approaches and construction processes Detail-oriented and customer service-driven Additional Information: Flexible start time between 6:30--9:00 AM, 8-hour days Local candidates only; no relocation or sponsorship available Salary: $57k--$65k base, with total compensation in the $80s--$90s (including stock options and bonus) + full benefits To learn more ASAP, feel free to contact Mollie Karns at mkarns@selectek.com | 678-335-6114
