Key Responsibilities- Assist with on-site residential construction and repair projects- Load, unload, and move materials and tools- Support tasks including demolition, cleanup, installation prep, and finishing work- Follow directions from team leads and trades professionals- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites- Interact respectfully and professionally with customers- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and with attention to detail

Qualifications- Minimum 2 years' experience in construction or general labor preferred- High school diploma or GED- Valid driver's license required- Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Punctual, dependable, and ready to take initiative- Must be able to work without being distracted by mobile devices- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocol
