Duties Manage all phases of construction litigation independently. Lead depositions of plaintiffs and expert witnesses. Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings. Prepare and argue motions effectively. Handle multiple case files in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Second chair trial experience preferred. Strong research and writing skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active member of the California State Bar.
