The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling construction defect claims and be well-versed in construction law. This role involves representing clients in litigation related to construction defects, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities Represent clients in construction defect litigation cases Analyze and assess construction defect claims Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively Advise clients on legal rights and obligations regarding construction defects Collaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys to build strong cases Qualifications Jurisdictional license to practice law Proven experience in construction defect litigation Strong understanding of construction law and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases Bachelor's degree in Law and a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Benefits Competitive base salary ($110,000-$150,000) Hybrid Discretionary year-end bonus Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) Unlimited personal and vacation days - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
