An AV-rated, civil litigation firm is seeking a Construction Defect Defense Attorne y to join its Tampa office.

The firm is looking for a candidate with 2+ years of construction defect defense litigation experience . The role will involve handling hearings, taking/defending depositions, and preparing pleadings and discovery for defending construction defect cases and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience handling hearings and depositions independently, without extensive supervision.

Requirements: 2+ years of construction defect defense litigation and/or casualty defense experience.

Experience in preparing pleadings, discovery, and motions

Proven ability to handle hearings and depositions autonomously

Excellent academic credentials
