Basic Description:

The Construction Disbursement Analyst is responsible for managing the draw process for construction & renovation loans, ensuring funds are disbursed accurately and timely according to project progress and loan agreements. This role involves reviewing draw request, coordinating inspections, verifying documentation, and maintaining compliance with lender requirements and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the construction draw pipeline, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the process.
• Act as a liaison for borrowers regarding draw inspections, handling communication via email and phone.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to order inspections and provide updates on scheduling, draw status, and wire releases.
• Process and submit draw requests and loan extensions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain reporting and status updates for completed draws and related activities.
• Assist with reviewing inspection reports for draw approval (training will be provided) and reconciling construction budget.
• Coordinate with the finance team on remittance processing, disbursements and reconciliation.
• Maintain strong working relationship with borrower and general contractor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diplomas or Equivalent.
• 3 years or mortgage residential real estate or construction lending experience, preferred.
• Loss mitigation experience.
• Basic knowledge of residential construction processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills required.
• Skilled in problem solving.
• Exceptional performance with deadlines and time sensitive tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Windows.
