Conduct Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing reviews of drawings and specifications for compliance with the Agency's requirements
Review Project Capital Needs Assessments (PCNAs) and Energy Audits
Review project Utility Analysis submissions to establish project utility budgets
Qualifications Bachelor of Science - Mechanical Engineering, Relevant professional experience (2-5 years)
