Senior Commercial Drywall Estimator – Commercial Construction Full-Time | Estimating & Project Management | Union or Nonunion Experience Accepted A well-established and highly respected commercial drywall contractor—operating since 1969 and now under its third-generation ownership—is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team. Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled estimator with a strong project management background who can hit the ground running . The ideal candidate has deep expertise in the commercial drywall industry and is ready to take on estimating responsibilities from day one.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial drywall estimating and project management
Experience with Union or Nonunion environments
Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff (OST), QuickBid, and Timberline preferred
Strong ability to manage project timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and bid proposals
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
