We specialize in a wide range of commercial projects and are looking for someone with a solid background in drywall estimating and project management. Position Highlights: Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For: 5 years of experience in commercial drywall estimating and/or project management

Strong background with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid software

Proven history of strong job tenure

Exposure to a diverse range of commercial projects (offices, schools, retail, healthcare, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate takeoffs and pricing for drywall scopes using OST and Quick Bid

Manage bid proposals, subcontractor coordination, and vendor pricing

Assist with budgeting and pre-construction planning

Communicate closely with project managers, field teams, and clients

Contribute to a collaborative and proactive estimating department
