Commercial Drywall Estimator – Project Manager Warrington, PA | Full-Time We are a growing and reputable commercial construction company seeking a skilled Commercial Drywall Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys both estimating and managing awarded work from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare detailed and accurate bids for commercial drywall projects using On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid tools

Manage projects you win – from kickoff through closeout

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution

Track progress, costs, and job profitability

Maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners

Requirements:

5–10 years of experience in commercial drywall estimating and project management

Strong knowledge of commercial construction bid processes

Proficient with OST and Quick Bid software

Ability to bid competitively and manage jobs to completion

Proven experience running projects successfully post-award

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary

Percentage of each project paid out after project completion and payment received
