Job Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior renovation and fit-out projects ($500K-$20M)
- Analyze drawings, site conditions, and specifications to evaluate scope and budget
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing
- Partner with project managers and business development teams to build winning proposals
- Attend site visits and participate in preconstruction meetings
- Maintain organized records of estimates, assumptions, and pricing history
- Ensure all cost planning complies with city regulations and client expectations

The Successful Applicant
You have 3-5 years of experience estimating commercial interior projects in New York City. You're skilled in reading drawings, compiling takeoffs, and communicating with subcontractors. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, balance precision with efficiency, and enjoy collaborating with a talented, supportive team. You take ownership of your work and are excited to help shape iconic spaces across the city. Requirements: 3-5 years of estimating experience in commercial interiors; REVU Bluebeam proficiency; excellent communication; must be able to work onsite in Manhattan, NY
