About The Construction Estimator Position

The Construction Estimator will accept and evaluate clients request for constructions proposals

Provide detailed and accurate proposal for requested work scope from client

Performs construction biddings services and preparation of cost estimates for client

Will arrange and attend project pre-bid site visits and assessments

Reviews bid documents

Manages proposal process from inception to completion

Prepare conceptual scope of work drawings for distribution

Solicit pricing from vendors and sub-contractors

Locates new sub-contractors and vendors based on geographical areas

Updates the subcontractor and vendor lists

Will compile and update historical cost data
