We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Construction Estimator to support the successful delivery of structural projects from bid through contract execution. This role involves reviewing project documentation to develop accurate pre-construction estimates and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will be skilled in cost estimation, scheduling, and building long-term relationships to ensure projects are strategically priced and feasible.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Analyze project documents to develop detailed estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and schedules. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders (project managers, coordinators, safety) and external partners (engineers, suppliers, architects, subcontractors). * Utilize estimating and project management software to manage bids and schedules. * Maintain ongoing communication across departments to support project strategy. * Adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines with professionalism and accuracy. * Participate in the management of bid boards and estimate tracking. * Provide insight and input to ensure financial soundness of proposed project scopes.

*Requirements*

* Demonstrated experience in commercial construction estimating, bidding, or equivalent roles. * Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a focus on relationship-building. * Proficient in: * Construction management platforms (e.g., Procore) * Bid boards such as Building Connected * Highly organized, self-starting, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. * Ability to meet deadlines and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
