We are a leading  Design & Build  company specializing in  ADUs, remodels, and residential construction . We are looking for an  experienced Construction Estimator  to join our team and help us deliver high-quality projects efficiently and accurately.

What You’ll Do: ·       Prepare detailed  project estimates and budgets  using Buildertrend. ·        Solicit and review subcontractor bids , ensuring scope and pricing alignment. ·       Perform accurate  takeoffs  from plans and drawings. ·       Create and manage  purchase orders  for materials and services. ·       Maintain and update cost databases, vendor lists, and historical pricing records. ·       Work closely with our project managers and design team to ensure estimates are complete and competitive.

What We’re Looking For: ·       Proven experience as a  construction estimator . ·        Proficiency in Buildertrend, Procore, or CoConstruct —you’ll be using these daily. ·       Strong knowledge of  construction costs, materials, and processes . ·       Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. ·       Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. ·        In-office role —this is not a field or remote position. ·       Bonus: Experience leveraging  AI tools  for estimating, takeoffs, or project efficiency.
