We are a leading Design & Build company specializing in ADUs, remodels, and residential construction . We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team and help us deliver high-quality projects efficiently and accurately. What Youll Do: Prepare detailed project estimates and budgets using Buildertrend. Solicit and review subcontractor bids , ensuring scope and pricing alignment. Perform accurate takeoffs from plans and drawings. Create and manage purchase orders for materials and services. Maintain and update cost databases, vendor lists, and historical pricing records. Work closely with our project managers and design team to ensure estimates are complete and competitive. What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a construction estimator . Proficiency in Buildertrend, Procore, or CoConstruct youll be using these daily. Strong knowledge of construction costs, materials, and processes . Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. In-office role this is not a field or remote position.
