We have been in business for 30 years, specializing in ground-up, metal buildings, tenant fit-outs, and a wide array of retail projects and renovations.
Minimum 2-3 years experience preferred to estimate projects in the 1-5 mil range. Ability to communicate effectively and lead our Estimating staff on day-to-day operations with the goal of generating a track record of success. In addition, must have the necessary skills to qualify bids, do take-offs, interact with sub-contractors, and read and interpret drawings and specifications.
