We are looking for a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team and help us prepare accurate and competitive bids for our construction projects. This role involves closely analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine the costs of materials, labor, and equipment. The ideal candidate is analytical, has a deep understanding of construction processes, and is focused on delivering accurate bids that contribute to project success.

What You'll Do: Estimate project costs, develop budgets, and manage project expenditures to stay within budget. Handle changes to project expenses, scope, and schedules, ensuring adjustments are made smoothly. Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful and efficient execution of construction projects. Oversee bid strategy and proposal efforts both internally and externally, providing competitive analysis and pricing. Assess risks, create detailed estimates, and determine the equipment and material needs for each project. Assist in developing project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. What You Bring to the Table: At least 2 years of experience estimating in the construction industry. Proven success in estimating construction projects and managing the entire bidding process. Experience handling multiple bids at once and ensuring they are accurate and completed on time. Strong problem-solving skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently.
