As a Construction Estimator with All Trades Home Solutions LLC, you will play a crucial role in our team by providing accurate and reliable project estimates for a variety of construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze project specifications and blueprints, identify potential costs and expenses, and create comprehensive estimates to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Construction Estimator in the commercial or residential construction industry. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be collaborating with project managers, skilled trade employees, and clients throughout the estimation process.

Construction Estimator Responsibilities:
Analyze project specifications and blueprints to create accurate estimates
Identify potential costs and expenses for materials, labor, and equipment
Source materials from vendors and ensure the correct materials are onsite for the project
Meet with clients and prepare quotes in a timely manner
Collaborate with project managers and skilled trades employees to ensure project success
Prepare detailed cost reports and project proposals
Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to the managing partner and team leads.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in commercial or residential construction project estimation
Project management experience
Associate or Bachelors degree in construction management or related field
CPE or CCEA certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Strong customer service skills
Experience working with construction estimation and project management software
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software
