We seek a detail-oriented and driven Construction Estimator to develop and apply business knowledge, understanding of general contracting trades, and proficiency in estimating, focusing on retrofits in existing environments. The role involves quantifying, estimating, and qualifying all building systems for detailed cost estimates. Top deliverables in the first year: Accurate & complete general contractor scope estimate development Deliver comprehensive and precise estimates for retrofit and infrastructure projects Analyze and scope multiple subcontractor quotes Collaborate effectively with engineers, project developers, and energy analysts Maintain transparent communication with teams, clients, and partners Present estimates confidently, articulating key drivers and assumptions Deepen knowledge of building trade scopes and validate costs with field personnel Factor operational risks, phasing, and system interdependencies into estimates Communicate the full value of projects through storytelling and clear summaries The Construction Estimator reports directly to Amy Johnson, Estimating Manager , and collaborates across departments on diverse projects that contribute to business growth.
