We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and estimating, with the ability to analyze project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

*Responsibilities* * Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and overhead costs. * Review project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities. * · Review drawings and project specifications to determine a project’s material, equipment and labor requirements

· Develop a Bill of Materials utilizing drawings and/or field measurements

· Travel to perform jobsite visits and inspections as needed

· Develop a construction project schedule to complete repairs

· Develop thorough cost estimates in a timely manner

· Develop CAD sketches and drawings when required

· Develop thorough, concise scopes of work for all quotes * *Experience* * Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field is required. * Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. * · Prior construction estimating experience preferred

· AutoCAD experience preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

· Strong attention to detail

· Efficient with time management and meeting deadlines

Pay: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
