Responsibilities:
- Building trusting relationships with all customers. Deepening existing relationships and creating new ones
- Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Staying up to date on construction codes and regulations
- Identifying and mitigating potential project risks
- Building preliminary budgets
- Building final projects estimates
- Creating and maintaining historic cost database
- Coordinating subcontractor proposals for proper coverage
- Review subcontractor proposals to ensure completeness
- Creating opportunity proposals in the system with amounts and forecast
- Delivering accurate and timely proposals
- Creating initial schedule durations for the stakeholders
- Communicating effectively with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Managing your pipeline by communicating with clients and forecasting accurately
Knowledge and Skills Required:

- Proven problem solving skills.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in construction projects (preferably multi-family and commercial construction).
- A four-year Bachelor's degree in construction management is preferred but not required.
- Thorough knowledge of OSHA safety standards is essential.
- Computer Skills: MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam preferred.
