Effectively lead project management on all jobs; assess & assign resources & the crews in conjunction with the Operation's Team, resolve change orders, provide follow-through on billing and payment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Construction Management degree preferred &/or equivalent experience 3+ years relevant Asphalt or Concrete Pavement Repair Estimating/Project Management experience Experience with computerized estimating systems (contract management and scheduling software; Microsoft based preferred); AutoCad, Bluebeam Strong customer related communication skills and proven organizational management skills Able to successfully multi-task and organize with detail in a fast-paced environment Exhibits a positive attitude with co-workers and customers Self-motivated Existing Business Relationships that would help you build your book of business
