Construction Estimator N. Dallas (must have Ground Up estimating experience)

This is a position for an experienced Construction Estimator who has done Ground Up estimations along with Remodel of residential estimations

Recent Experience is Required!

Create comprehensive cost estimates!

MUST BE Proficient with cost estimating software ( Xactimate , Microsoft Suite, Revit, Bluebeam)

Verify vendor and subcontractor estimates fall within the defined scope

Create estimates for all necessary insurance considerations as well

Present your estimates to stakeholders and clients

Maintain client confidentiality

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required

Familiarity with construction practices, costs, and procedures

Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to our mission of revolutionizing interior construction

Adaptable and willing to embrace new technologies to help improve the design and construction process

Articulate, passionate and compelling presenter who builds relationships.

Job site is the DFW area – must have Valid Texas Driver License and clean Driving Record with DMV

Pay is $65k - $75k – Major Medical/Dental/Vision/401k

Commission Structure is $20k - $50k qtrly
